Annual Conference Planning Committee

The purpose of the Annual Conference Planning Committee is to provide oversight of work groups planning our annual conference. These work groups include, but are not limited to: 

  • Program Development
  • Hotel Coordination
  • Supplier Coordination
  • Sponsorship opportunities  
  • Exhibit booths 
  • Food and Beverage:
  • Speaker Ambassadors
  • Hospitality
  • Thank you items
  • AV Coordination
Responsibilities include:
  • Plan program based on post-conference survey of members
  • Establish theme
  • Collaborate with Education Committee and Marketing Committee to select educational presentations
  • Work with Executive Director on conference logistics
  • Submit CE Application
  • Plan social events
  • Work with Marketing Committee on promotions
