2024 Board of Directors Call for Nominations is Now Open

The Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals, Inc. (AHVAP) is pleased to announce the launch of our 2024 Board of Directors Nominations Process. Serving on the AHVAP Board of Directors is a tremendous responsibility and an exciting role that requires expertise in leadership, finance, strategic thinking, and collaboration. AHVAP has an ambitious strategic plan that will take the Association to new heights over the coming years. As such, we are seeking new board members that are ready to be a part of taking the specialty of healthcare value analysis to the next level. 

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified candidates to fill the following positions which will be vacant in 2024:

  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • President-Elect
  • Regional Director-Northeast
  • Regional Director-West
  • Affiliate Liaison (Industry Partner Representative) 

Applicants must be willing to meet the following qualifications:

  • Attend a minimum of 6 virtual board meetings
  • Attend the annual conference
  • Currently hold a valid CVAHPTM credential (with the exception of the Affiliate Liaison, however holding this credential is preferred for the Affiliate Liaison)
  • Participate in the annual strategic planning meeting virtually
  • Complete all assigned board assignments
  • Complete all board orientation assignments 
  • Serve a two (2) year term

 

New Board Members will receive extensive training on their specific roles and be subject to AHVAP's Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policies.

The deadline is May 31, 2023 at midnight ET. The Nominating Committee will review each application package and contact applicants in early June regarding next steps.
