2026 AHVAP Annual Conference & Industry Partner Expo

October 5-8, 2026

Grapevine, Texas

Dear Colleagues and Partners,

We are thrilled to personally invite you to the AHVAP 2026 Annual Conference and Industry Partner Expo, where our official theme will be Beyond Boundaries: Redefining the Future of Healthcare Value Analysis. After listening to members, leaders, and industry partners over the last year, it became clear that our field is ready for something bolder that will yield lasting change and impact to healthcare-it’s time for a total Value Analysis Revolution. We must move past traditional silos — between clinicians and supply chain, between data and decisions, and between “vendors” and the health systems that deploy their products — to create a faster, smarter, and more patient-centered path to value. The AHVAP 2026 Annual Conference and Industry Partner Expo is our chance to do exactly that. During this collaborative event, Industry Partners, Healthcare Value Analysis leaders and professionals, and other key stakeholders will synergize their ideas, innovative strategies, and apply evidence-based practices that can be leveraged across the entire care continuum.

This conference won’t be another conference of slides and takeaways that sit in a folder. Expect a practical, high-energy program built to accelerate action. Highlights you can look forward to including:
  • Interactive learning labs & hands-on workshops that turn evidence into protocols you can use on Monday morning.
  • Deep-dive tracks (perioperative, ambulatory, supply chain, infection prevention, and more) designed for front-line value analysts and clinical champions.
  • Executive roundtables where C-suite leaders and Value Analysis directors compare strategic roadmaps for sustainable cost and quality gains.
  • Industry Partner Immersion & curated Exhibit Hall Expo — real, evidence-first Industry Partner panel sessions that train companies on how to present the data and workflows that matter to VA teams.
  • New resources & credentials from the AHVAP Center for Evidence-Based Practice and AHVAP Certification Center— micro-credentials, appraisal tools, and case libraries to strengthen every step of your evaluation process.
  • Networking formats that work  specialty assembly meet-ups, peer problem-solving sessions, and peer networking breakfast opportunities to turn introductions into collaborations.
Why you should attend:
  • For healthcare value analysis professionals: leave with ready-to-apply toolkits, IFU/usability strategies, and measurable playbooks for launching pilots and demonstrating ROI.
  • For healthcare executives: learn how to align VA priorities with enterprise-level goals for safety, supply optimization, and patient outcomes — and hear concrete examples of C-suite-backed wins.
  • For industry partners: engage in evidence-driven conversations, practice your value pitch in front of VA leaders, and discover partnership models that speed ethical, safe adoption.
We want the AHVAP 2026 Annual Conference and Industry Partner Expo to be a turning point: a place where ideas meet implementation and relationships translate into measurable change. Over the coming weeks, we’ll announce dates, speakers, the call for proposals, sponsorship opportunities, and early registration. If you want to present, propose a workshop, or discuss immersive partner experiences, please reach out to [email protected] — we would love to personally connect with you to discuss how you can be involved.
