Advanced Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals Specialist Micro-CredentialTM 

 

Building on the foundational AHVAP Certification Center AI micro-credential, this advanced micro-credential program prepares healthcare value analysis professionals to lead AI integration within their organizations. Participants move beyond basic tool application to strategic implementation, workflow optimization, and organizational leadership.

This credential focuses on real-world mastery: designing comprehensive AI-augmented processes, building governance frameworks, measuring impact, and training colleagues. Through hands-on work with the AHVAP Tool Center, participants will demonstrate advanced competency by completing a capstone project that addresses an actual challenge within their value analysis practice.

Please note that you must have successfully earned the AHVAP Certification Center Healthcare Value Analysis AI SpecialistTM Micro-Credential PRIOR to enrolling in this advanced micro-credential. -

Session 1: Strategic Integration & Advanced Workflow Design (2 hours)
Move from individual AI use to organizational strategy. Learn to design end-to-end AI-augmented value analysis processes, establish governance frameworks, and build workflows that balance efficiency with appropriate human oversight.

Session 2: Mastery, Measurement & Leadership (2 hours)
Develop advanced prompt engineering skills, learn to measure and communicate AI impact, and build the capabilities to lead AI adoption across your team. Receive guidance on the capstone project requirements.

Capstone Project (Independent Work + Submission)
Apply your learning by completing a comprehensive project using the AHVAP Tool Center. Design an AI-integrated solution for a real value analysis challenge, document your methodology, and demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Assessment & Certification

To earn the Advanced AI for Healthcare Value Analysis Professional credential, participants must:

  • Attend both live sessions (or complete approved make-up requirements)
  • Actively participate in session activities and discussions
  • Successfully complete and submit the capstone project
  • Achieve a passing score on the capstone project rubric

Continuing Education Accreditation: 

Upon successful completion of the entire program, attendees will receive 6.0 hours of Continuing Education towards CVAHPTM recertification or nursing licenses/certifications.
